Vincent Phillips
Vince has over 30 years of restructuring, corporate turnaround, investigation and general commercial experience. He has led numerous restructuring and turnaround engagements in the UK and US and has during this period undertaken a number of executive, non executive and interim roles. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
Fiona Phillips
Fiona
trained with a multinational firm of Chartered Accountants and has
spent her career advising on Corporate Tax issues affecting
Multinational, listed groups and privately owned companies.
She has also acted as an advisor to a government department. She is
an experienced Pension Fund and CharityTrustee. Fiona is a Fellow
of the Institute of Chartered Acoountants in England and Wales ,
and a Chartered Tax Adviser
